Arnaque ou pas?, western union et ups

Dans le doute, je me tourne vers vous.

Via un site de vente en occasion, j'ai décidé d'acheter du matériel provenant d'Italie.

Le vendeur souhaitait effectuer une transaction via Western Union et UPS. Je m'explique:

Selon lui, il a déposé le colis chez UPS, j'ai reçu un mail ups@ups.com me disant qu'un colis était déposé à mon attention et que je devais transférer la somme de xx euros via un transfert Western Union. Je vous mets une copie du mails:

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

Send us the Western Union payment confirmation at the following fax number: +(33) 08.21.91.72.13 UPS France
Mr. xxxxxxxxxxx will receive the payment details after you will receive the package and confirm us the reception.

This shipment requires that you follow the special procedures below:
UPS Customer:

1. Two copies of this receipt will be printed along with your label(s).
Provide one copy to UPS and ensure the other copy is signed by the UPS Driver or a UPS Customer Centre representative and returned to you.
The signed copy of this receipt is your proof that UPS has accepted the package(s) and will be required to submit a claim.

2. Confirm the shipment is properly packed:
Packaging and tape are in good condition.
Contents do not move when the package is moved or shaken.
Label is legible and properly fastened to the package.

UPS Driver or UPS Customer Centre Representative:
Scan the package(s) and sign one copy of this receipt and return it to the customer.
The second copy of the receipt should accompany the package(s) and must be provided
to your manager upon your return to the building.... (Je coupe un peu)




Pensez vous que c'est une arnaque? Aucun numéro de colis, la préposée de la poste m'a indiqué que Western Union ne pouvait légalement servir aux actes de commerce...
