Location à londres : paiement et arnaques

Publié par

Bonjour,

"Hi XXX,

Am so happy to read back from you and thanks for your interest in my flat. I want you to know that there are other interested candidates in this flat too but mean that you really need the flat urgently because i could see that in your mail, so it will be my happiness to retain the flat down for you and your wife till arrival but before i do that, i will need to see a proof that you will not turn me off due to my past bitter experience.

I had once retained my flat for a lady who is coming to London for an internship but would you believe that this lady didn't contact me when she got to London, she just waste my time and made me loose contacts from all other interested candidates. before i can retain the flat down for you till your arrival, i will need to see proof that you will not make me regret doing this. I will not ask you to pay me now because i knew it's not proper but what you are going to is that; you will have to sign my tenancy agreement form thereafter, you will make the transfer of the rent fee plus the security deposit(£870) via money gram transfer.

This is how you will go about the transfer, you will go to any nearby post office very close to your flat with your wife and £870 cash ( don't know how much that would be in your currency) and when you get there, you will tell them you want to make a transfer using their service and you will be given a payment slip to fill, below is what you will fill on it;

Sender's name: Your close friend or relative name
Receiver's name: Your own name
Sender's address: Your friend or relative address over there
Receiver's address: London, United King
